VB6 Runtime required

Some of our software products make use of the Microsoft VB6 runtime package. If you are experiencing errors such as “Component ‘tabctl32.ocx ‘ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid”, then you probably just need to install this free package available from Microsoft. You can download it here:

Update for Vista: Administrator priveleges are no longer required!

We are pleased to announce that as of today, Feb 6, 2008, both MotionView and MotionClip no longer require administrator priveleges to run under Vista!

You will still need administrator priveleges to install and activate the software, but it is not needed to run it. Also announced today (on both XP and Vista) is support for running the software under multiple user accounts (on the same computer).

Customers are invited to update their software by free download at http://www.allsportsystems.com.

How do I update my video analysis software to the latest release?

To get the latest version of our video analysis software simply visit our website (www.allsportsystems.com) and download the software from the “Software Downloads” page. You can install directly over the version you have… there is no need to uninstall first. This will automatically update your systems with the latest release.

To determine which version of our video analysis software you have look under the menu “Help/About…”. You can compare your version with the latest released version as displayed on our downloads page.

How do I upgrade to a more advanced edition?

You can upgrade your video analysis software to a more advanced edition at any time simply by purchasing an upgrade license in our store. You will not need to download anything, or even wait for a new CD. You simply reactivate using the license code we deliver by email. The cost to upgrade is usually no higher than the “difference” between the edition you have and the edition you are upgrading to.
